go on line on a computer and get the phone number for tracfone. Call them and make sure you can get service in your zip code before you buy it. If you do buy it it is easy to setup and tracfone can help you do that also. Remember this is only the phone so you need to either transfer existing service and minutes from a current phone and transfer your old number or buy a service and minutes card ( usually $99 ) to get started and tracfone will get you a phone number for the area you intend to use it.
