• A:Answer Hi. This is Cristy and I work with TracFone Wireless. To save your data minutes, you may want to consider these tips: 1. Turn off “Mobile Data/Network” if not in use. 2. Use “Wi-Fi” wherever/whenever possible and make sure "Mobile Data/Network" is off. 3. Background data is one of the biggest drains on your data. Mails working to sync new messages as you receive them, or your phone automatically downloading new app updates. You can limit your background data. Go to Settings > Wireless & Networks > Data usage or Settings > Connections > Data Usage. 4. Take your maps offline. Navigation apps can be a surprisingly large hog on your data. 5. Change your browsing habits. It’s always better to browse the "Mobile Version" of the website on a mobile device, so avoid using the "Desktop Versions" of a site if you can 6. Subscribe to streaming services with offline options since videos are by far the biggest drain on your data. You may want to look for streaming subscription with offline options/offers.

Q: QuestionMy workplace ONLY supports devices that have 5ghz wireless wifi capability. Not a 2.4 ghz band. Does this phone have the capability to connect to a wireless 5ghz wifi band? (It could be multi-band, but I specifically need it to connect to 5ghz).
