You cannot put your old sim card (with your old phone number) directly to the phone, because this Tracfone comes with its sim card already. However, you can contact with Tracfone customer service to transfer your old phone number to the new sim card. You can also do online at www.tracfone.com. I did it online for my dad and it worked well. He can use his old number on this phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As long as the coverage is seamless (you kept the old account active) then you should be able to do this. There are Number Portability Rules, also called Wireless Local Number Portability (WLNP). You should be okay, at least in the U.S.
