• Hi. My name is Jose from TracFone Wireless. This is a branded TracFone Wireless phone. It is not unlocked but it can be activated with the SafeLink Wireless service.

• No, it is NOT "unlocked" and can only be used via Tracfone services. Same as with any other phone bought from a service provider.
