“I bought the 60-minute card and have scratched off the 15 numbers. How do I add the minutes to my account. I can only find cards for sale but no place to enter my 15 numbers. Where on your site do I find this?”

Go to www.tracfone.com, click "Refill/Add", choose "Refill", enter your cell number, enter your 15-number pin; and keep your cell on. In a little while, the additional service days, minutes, text message, and data will be added to your cell. You can also call 800-867-7183 to refill your cell.

I have seen people at walmart have the staff at the elecronics desk call it in after they buy it. You basically take your cell phone and call the number on the card. from there it is pretty much just answer the prompts, enter the scratched off number, etc. and it all comes together and is automatically added to your phone

Please try again later.You can add the minutes(numbers) on the phone itself under airtime , or on trac fone site ,but you need to make an account for your fone on the site . I know I have trouble getting to correct site , but I believe it will have a log in on the site you need.
