Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would call TracFone customer service with a receipt of the Walmart transaction and tell them the pin has been scratched to where you can't decipher them. Usually TracFone customer service is very helpful to solve the problems.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I got great help with this issue by chatting online with Tracfone. In about 20-30 minutes, the issue was successfully resolved. In my case, the grayish black substance covering the pin number scratched off easily with a coin over the last 12 numbers but a darker, gummier black substance covered the first three numbers. Scratching with a coin over that part was a total disaster. I finally could see the third number but never was able to see the first two. I think I got a defective card as I never had this problem before.

The phone is not a tracphone so now i just want to sell it but need the PIN. I mean i bought it, why cant i get the number!?
