• No data is used from your tracfone account when your on wifi. But if your wifi has data limits they will be used.

• Nope. Data is only used when wifi is not available and cellular data is being used, Also, when activating 60 min. card on a smart phone the minutes and data is tripled (for a total of 180 min calls / 180 mg data / 180 texts)

• No, WiFi usage does not consume data 'minutes'. I use my personal WiFi service when I am home and my employer's WiFi at work to save data usage. I also keep my mobile data set to OFF and only turn it on when there is no public WiFi available and I need it.
