“I bought a Tracphone minute airtime card from Walmart, via e-mail. There are no instructions on how to retrieve the minutes...no pin number, no nothing! If anyone knows how to do this, I'd very much appreciate your time and help. Thanks, Pat from Cal”

Please try again later.There should be a # to call on back of phone card or some phones u dial 233 to add min u should b able to go into your settings and have an option in there to add air time or u can also set up an account online and add air time/ minutes that way too. Also read this completely wrong maybe if u print out the email there will be a series of #s on the edge I’ve seen that before too. Trying to help anyway I can think of

If you did not receive the second email, search for walmart e-delivery group, and follow the instructions to retrieve your information.
