Dear valued customer: There is a 60 days cooling period for the phone number to stay in a certain account even if it is inactive. As well, with the miutes. However, we do not guarantee that it will take 60 days before the phone number will be assigned to another subscriber. You must refill your account immediately to keep the same phone number. ^Angel.

By "active service" they mean you must buy and apply an airtime card before the service end date shown on your phone. As long as you buy a new card and apply it to your phone before the service end date, all of your unused minutes will carry over, even if you haven't made or received any calls or text messages.
