• The card includes instructions to go to the Trend website and download your program. There is a key number in the card that you have to scratch off the numbers and you will be asked for the key code to download the program. Once you download and set up an account you can go back with another device to get another copy up to three.

• Either look for a phone number on the package or try calling geek squad. I ended up having to call geek squad bc I had issues with the activation code as well as downloading the software which they talked me through.
