they never do the auto renewal on softwere because numerous people sometimes like to change softwere .

No. You must call Trend Micro to renew. I would recommend that you compare pricing prior doing so. The only issue I have with renewal programs is that the pricing is higher than in the stores. You are better off purchasing on line and update your system than going through the renewal process.

Gina- Not sure if it is an automatic renewal, I just bought the 3 year plan to accompany my new computer, which I anticipate having for at least three years! I would contact the Geek Squad and ask them.
