Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I got the Trend Micro AV on a CD when I bought a laptop from Best Buy. Either go to Best Buy for the CD or call TM tech support or Geek Squad. You could also go to the TM web site directly and try downloading it form there, and use your Activation Code to install it.
