You pull the tab on the top out and then swing it to the unlocked position. This lets you remove the metal plates in the center. They easily slide out to one side when the lever is unlocked. You will have to do some math to figure out how many plates to remove for whatever weight you want. Remove the appropriate plates and then switch the lever back to lock. Once it’s locked and you can’t see the red icon, it’s good to go.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There's a level on the top of the kettlebell that you pull forward and then you slide it to the left or to the right to lock and unlock. That mechanism allows you to switch out the weights
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is a lever on the top, that you pull out and rotate. There is a locking position in the open and closed position. The weight plates have a notch in them…think of PAC-MAN with a narrow mouth opening. The notch guides the weights into place.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Put your finger in the hole slot on the top and slide back towards you, then slide sideways to the unlock symbol. Then you can pull out as many weights as you'd like. Then pull back and slide the top piece back to the lock position.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There are 6 plates that you can remove. Each one weighs 2 1/2 lbs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Pull the tab out and then turn it all the way to the other side. This unlocks it and lets you remove plates. Turn it back to the lock position before you use it.
