• The company/entity data will carryover automatically - if loaded on the same computer as the prior year (or as a data import). but you need to purchase a new tax year as the forms and filing requirements change from year to year.

• No. Each TurboTax product is designed for the the tax year it represents. You would need the correct year for each of the tax years you need to file your business taxes for. Something to note is that TurboTax Business is designed for business taxes. If you need to file a personal tax return, you would need one of our personal tax products like Deluxe, Premier, or Home & Business.
