Do I have to pay to E-file a state return? null

TurboTax Home and Business 2022 Federal + E-file and State software come with 5 federal e-files and 1 State via download. State e-files are sold separately, some states may not charge an e-filing fee. You can avoid these fees by printing out and mailing in your returns.

The version I purchased said that state returns cost extra. Your best bet would be to contact TurboTax customer service help.
