I'm not quiet sure because for the headset to work you have to use the audio jack and the USB port together. Because the audio jack is for the microphone and the sun plug is for the hearing

They should work with virtually anything that requires a 3/4 inch jack, but I would check with your devices manufacturer. I don't own any Apple products.

As long as you have the USB cable plugged into a power source (PC, PS3, ETC) and the 3.5mm jack plugged into it, then yes. i have this headset myself and it does work. in order for you to be able to hear your device after everything is hooked up, is to use the game volume adjuster instead of the chat (chat is your USB cable and 3.5mm is your game/mobile device volume)

Since they're powered by USB, no. However if you find a USB source to power the head phones, then plug the audio plug into the iPad, them it could work.
