Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I cant say for sure because i don't use Twitch or play fortnite, but this headset is just as good as any any other headset. So if you can do it on any other headset then it should be able to with this one. All this headset does is offer great quality and it should have all common capabilities that any other headset with mic does. Hope that helps. Goodluck
