• When I first connected the mic it was difficult to put in there but it was fine after. I would take it back and see if you may have a defective product.

• Did you press the button on the side of the headphones that turns the mic on and off? If you do you will hear the female voice tell you if the mic is on or off.

• Have you charged it? If it lights up red, then the battery is empty and you have to recharge it.

• Try putting the mic close to your mouth and adjust the gaming volume down. This fixed my issue with same.

• The connection is broken. Get a replacement through warranty if you can. These break all the time and buying a warranty for headsets is a must for me and my kids. None of the headsets will last long. Tjey all are cheaply made
