“When I charge them they only last ten mins or so and they shut off I plug them in to charge when they are charging the light is blue for about 5 mins and then it shuts off what I'm I doing wrong”

On my headphones when I charge them the charging light is red not blue. When it has completed charging (2 hours full charge) the red light goes out (no blue light at all. ) I make sure when I charge the amplifier switch is in the off position (no light) When I turn on the amplifier the light turns green. (Again no blue light ever)
