• On some cyber power desktops, you need a Y splitter. You plug in the headset into the Y splitter and then plug these 2 ends into the Mic and Headphone jacks

• This headset can be used with PC's that are equipped with a single 3.5 mm combo jack (one jack for headset and microphone purposes). If your PC has separate jacks for Audio and Microphone purposes, you're going to need an additional cable known as a PC splitter cable in order to get this working.
