It has to be your in-game settings. Try turning off “ Push-To-Talk “ and open mic and for sure that’ll work. The headset is already Push-To-Talk hence you can move the mic piece back ( turn it off, while still hearing your teammates ) and forth ( turn your mic back on to talk to them ).
