Yes. Everything worked right out of the box. It works on Windows and the Switch. Put it on X Box for the Windows pc and on PS4 for the Switch. My daughter said she could hear me fine Facebook and Skype. So far it is working fine and really brings out the deep tones on Car racing games.

This headset can be used on on PCs. If your PC or Laptop is equipped with a single combo headset jack, then you can connect the headset directly to the PC. If your PC is equipped with separate Audio and Microphone jacks, you'd need an additional PC splitter cable.
