Our full retail products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase (two years for 'Elite' products only). Item must have been purchased through an authorized Turtle Beach reseller. Refurbished products are covered under a 90-day warranty. (US, Canada, LATAM only) Warranty is extended to the original purchaser only (no used/second-hand purchases). Replacement parts carry a 90-day warranty from date of purchase. Products purchased through private eBay auctions or through other non-authorized sellers are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Accidental damage such as caused by improper use, animals/pets or natural disturbances is not covered by the warranty, nor is basic wear-and-tear damage from heavy use.
