“I purchased this headset twice cuz the first pair my son had issues with sound going in and out so I bought another pair and they are doing the same same thing! Is there something I need to do differently in settings or did we get two defective pair? help”

These headphones are no good. I bought them and the volume is very low. Everybody has issues with these headphones. If I would've known how poor the quality of these headphones are, I would've never bought them.
