Yes it is! However, if you try to connect it to your PS4 by using the usb, the sound and gamplay sound will constantly break in and out. You have to connect it to the PS4 through the headphone jack in your controller. You wont be able to hear your self as clearly but you can still be heard by others and the sound is clear and continuous.
