will this pair with pc or android ? null

I've had them work using a USB to USB c adapter for my galaxy a10e but recently picked up the LG Stylo 6 and can't get the same to work on it.

These headphones pair to a dongle that you plug in via USB. I don't see any reason why you couldn't use them for PC, but these aren't feasible for android.

The Stealth 600 GEn 2 for PlayStation can be used on a PC via its USB transmitter. With that being said; this headset would not offer any sort of Bluetooth compatibility that would allow it to pair to a mobile device like an Android tablet or smartphone.
