- A:Answer They pair with Xbox the way the controllers pair, so I don't think they use standard Bluetooth for pairing. I would assume not

Q: QuestionSo I just bought this Gen 2 stealth 600 Mike and I went to go charge it so I could use it and I went to go power and on and green light will not come on I can only charge. Also will not let me do a firm hard reset

- A:Answer The same was you would with any Xbox--just press the "Sync" button on the console and on the Stealth 600 Gen 2 headset and they should sync right up!

Q: QuestionFor some reason these headsets will not stay paired with my new Xbox Series S Next gen system any solutions? As of now they won't even turn off. Already did a reset power down scenario "system".

I downloaded the turtle beach app on my windows PC and it only gives me the option for tone sound. no mic monitoring. can someone lead us in the right direction please. I feel like I tried everything to turn mic monitoring off
