“I've had these for a while and they work well, but recently the usb stick(transmitter) broke. The usb part that goes into the console and the motherboard have separated. I don't know what to do, is there a way i can repair this or have it replaced?”

Yes, you will have return everything that was in the box to get a new one,headset too. If it is still under warranty, you will have no problem. Best buy did a great job of returning mine when the mic was popped off.
