“I just set up my new stealth ultra controller. Doesn’t light up showing it’s charging and the controller Xbox button doesn’t turn on after pressing. I’m sure it’s connected correctly and tried connecting on 2 other Xbox with no success!”

You have to press and hold the xbox button for about 2 seconds for it to power up. If that doesn't work, try connecting directly to the USB and see if you can get it to power on that way.
