If this is happening with multiple channels on your cable, whether recorded or live, and maybe something like Netflix, then that shows that across multiple types of media, the TV isn't keeping up. So in a case like this, I would recommend getting a new TV. So, to get started, please try to stream something through Youtube, Netflix, etc. If it's still having issues, let's look into a replacement.
