Shoot to me is equivalent to possible I don’t need possible I need probable because if a tech comes out and he can’t calibrate my TV it’s a waste of my time and my money

To calibrate any TV, make sure you've used it for about 150 hours, kind of like breaking in your shoes. From there, we should be able to come out and get that done for you. I hope this helps.
