Steve: Good luck trying to arrange anyone from Best Buy to come out and do the calibration. I have been attempting to have someone come and calibrate both new and old TV's for months with absolutely no success. I am given conflicting answers that constantly refer me to other people and parties within Best Buy. No one will help me or offer a solution. I paid for a service that I apparently will never receive. Michael
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I understood that after the install system ran for 30 days I should get my paid calibration done. Then the COVID-19 hit and I was told to wait. Seems like they still don't have the staffing back since they make more collecting unemployment + government subsidy. Perhaps in year or so. So it's up to you if you never had it done or did it yourself and want to have it checked out. Then there's the issue of getting anyone to do it.
