QuestionJust discovered my kids put a crack on the lower right corner of the screen on our- 75" Class 4 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Roku TV Model:75S425. You can't see the crack when it's off so I'm assuming it's internal, the screen is blue. Can screen be replaced?

QuestionI don't like the fact that your website asks to book a repair appointment without any additional information. What is the cost to look at the TV and provide me a quote? For all I know, the cost to repair might not be worth it.

QuestionI have a Sony Bravia A9G 77” and have protection plan with it. I also have had a Best Buy tv calibration done on it. Now the tv is acting up. My question is if the tv would need replacing would I get a new calibration on the new one?

QuestionI have a LG CX. Would the calibration cover just the SDR night and day modes, or would I also be able to have the HDR Cinema, Dolby Cinema, and HDR Game modes calibrated as well. Would this cost extra?

Question65" TCL Roku Smart TV that needs internal LEDS replaced - two sides of TV are darker. Based on movie watching, etc. Sometimes may be closer total pic. Can you replace the internal back-lit LED strips which appear to be problem. Middle stays bright

QuestionDo you fix TVs with flickering issues? I have a 43 inch TCL Roku TV and randomly it started flickering and gets worse when TV is still on. I was also wondering if they could fix the TV in store? Even though the TV is 1 inch above the max.

QuestionDoes the technician need access to the Hdmi ports when doing the calibration? My TV is wall mounted with a low profile wall mount so it can be hard to access the ports.
