“For a new TV mount, does the service include: 1) un-mounting existing older TV, 2) mounting the new one in its place, and then 3) re-mounting the old TV on a wall in another room?”

• That is not part of the service however If you have everything ready to go from a wall standpoint and it’s a matter of only adding hanger on tv they did do that for me and let’s say I fixed them up
