“What do you use this for? I have a note 9 and I can hear phone calls great, but any podcast, pandora or downloads are so difficult to hear. Even with the volume full blast. Everything sounds muffled”

This is used to make a non-Bluetooth audio source usable by Bluetooth headphones/speakers. It does not amplify sound.
