Can you replace the individual bulbs? null

No you cannot Change the individual bulbs. I think if one were to go out you’d lose the whole strand but I am not 100 on that.

I don't think so. I haven't tried but they look like they are sealed pretty tight for weatherproofing purposes. I did have a pretty good customer service experience when a power adapter died. They replaced it with no questions. If you are worried about a light going out, I doubt you would really notice it a single bulb being out.
