• Not to my knowledge. It would require the entire keyboard to be replaced and I don't believe that a numeric keypad is offered.

• No attachments- but just use the numerical pad on the tablet - it's so easy

• Yes, It has a USB port on the side of the Surface 3 Tablet (not the Type Cover/keyboard) that will allow the addition of a USB numeric keypad.

• No, not into the keyboard. It would have to be attached to your surface via USB in.
