QuestionThe suction and sticky pad are both failing. The charger won't stay on windshield or dash. Is there an effective way to clean the sticky pad?

QuestionIs there a secret on how to charge this mount? I tried to charge 2 different units & failed. The feet are supposed to stay lit while charging but didn't on either unit & I bought them brand new at the store. My second unit is a replacement for the first.

- Answer The feet on mine only light up for about 10 seconds when I plug it in and then the lights go out but it continues to charge just fine without the lights on. No trouble for charging my iphone.
