not clear as to how to charge this battery null

Comes with a power cord (short...too short if you ask me)..plug the small end into the battery and larger USB end into the charger (and into the outlet). I'm charging mine now.

You plug it in to the wall using a USB cable and wall plug, just like you would your cell phone, tablet, etc.

It’s really easy actually. In the box, they give you a little cable. In order to charge the battery, you can either put that cable into a phone adapter, or you can put it in whatever type of adapter you have. Once the battery is fully charged, 4 dots are going to blue.

What is happening when it’s blinking? It’s not cgarging and it’s staying at 28%.

Charge it with a regular micro USB like your phone charger

There is a slot on the charger that uses a Micro-USB cable. Plug in the Micro-USB cable into the power pack and then plug the USB end of the cable into a USB charging station, hub, or the like.

Plug the part u would usually plug into ur phone into the charger and the USB goes into the USB for the outlet

You plug a micro-usb into the small opening. The lights flash showing that it's charging and when the unit is full they will stay on solid.

You just plug it into the wall and it starts charging automatically

You charge it like a phone or device, except since it is a bigger battery it will charge longer. Once all 4 lights are complete its a finished charge.
