Is it water proof? null

No warping so far after being wet with rain ,very durable last years so for from other devices ,im outside alot so the back does get a tad dusty from time to time ,easy to clean with a slightly damp cloth, for better results use a soft bristle toothbrush.

I have had this product for multiple devices, so far no problems with them as far as getting wet haven't had any form of warping after being wet, nor issues with the devices for that matter, mind you the case is definitely a snug fit ,keep that in mind, and of course the ports to your device are still exposed ,good thing about that is devices have good to great water ratings .
