Is this a refurbished unit? null

I'm starting to wonder. I just bought two of them. Opened one, it looks new but the serial numbers don't match the box. I'm asking UE about this. I've been burned by the refurbished units in the past, the battery was horrible, we ended up returning it.

No, the lower price on it was because the color wasn't so popular I was told. Mine came in brand new and I could tell never used nor opened. The color isn't even bad at all and it is nice. I find it silly that people don't want it because the color, I took it because it was a steal of a price.
