• Hi Jo, the Boom 3 will come with the wall adapter and a USB-A cable to charge your speaker. The Power Up charging dock is a separate purchase that isn't necessary. But it does as the same cordless charging option similar to wireless charging a phone! Hope that helps. -N from Logitech
