“Can you connect the megablast with other Ultimate Ears speakers?”

No you can only connect another Megabus with it

Hello, Thank you for your question about the Ultimate Ears MegaBlast. Up to 8 MegaBlast and/or Blast speakers can pair together over Wi-Fi. The Ultimate Ears "Blast" app offers this as well as other features, guides and further support. I have attached a link to the support page for MegaBlast for your reference.
