• A:Answer You are on tricky ground. Best Buy ordered replacement batteries for my AT&T cordless phones and when they came they did not fit! BB has refunded my money but told me my phones are old and they could not get the exact fit. They sent me to a local AT&T store which with some difficulty did manage to find the correct battery for me. The number of that battery is BT162342/BT2622342. I suggest you visit your store in person to avoid frustration. Best of luck!

• A:Answer We use this battery in a very old AT&T handset. Easiest way to tell if it fits is to look at the end connection fitting to see if it looks like the one you already have. The male and female ends need to pair.
