• A:Answer The instruction manual/guide states a minimum age of 14 years old. I think it also depends on one's height, to be able to see over the handlebars when riding it. My younger 7 year old cannot ride it because he's too short; also I don't think he could manuver the controls well enough yet. But my 10 year old can ride it; she is almost as tall as me (I'm 5'2"). Manipulating the controls is a little tricky at first and takes some getting used to.

• A:Answer Solid, slotted tires. good if you are anywhere where there is a high chance of things to pop tires, i.e. industrial areas. but definitely learn to ride with knees bent in certain areas, cause shock absorption isn't best.

• A:Answer It's IP54-rated, meaning it's mostly dust-proof (5), and splash-resistant (4). You can ride this over small puddles, but Unagi doesn't recommend riding in flash flood scenarios or heavy and icy-rain conditions. Cold air will affect the battery life.

• A:Answer I weigh 210 pounds and I get about 9-10 miles at max speed. Bad IMHO. I feel a scooter should get at least 15 miles at max weight and speed to be worth it. The E500 gets more because the motor is better and has more weight capacity. But others say even that one is less than 10 miles. The trade off is that at 26# I can lift this baby easily onto my boat and that makes it worth it. 3-4 hour to charge
