• Try going to Settings, then Personalization, then Display, then Idle Display, then choose All Info.

• we've had the same problem with 2 different Doro 7050 freezing up. I'm going to test to see if it's because the battery gets too hot in my pocket. Love to know if anyone else has this problem or has a solution.
