No it does not include the coin. Only if you pre-order it. But you can get it when you buy strategy guide.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to buy the coin separately if you didn't pre order the game bundle and paid for it during that pre order hold time. If you did, you should have received the coin when you picked up your bundle. I believe supplies for the coin were limited as it was a pre order bonus outside of the bundle boxes so that can also be a reason one would not have received it even after pre ordering it.
