I think he’d cherish the physical more, but the digital is more readily available. In the end, if you need it quickly then go digital, but if he’s willing to wait then a couple of days then definitely go digital.

If you or your grandson are OK with using the e-shop (requires credit card / PayPal) go with the digital, else go with the physical copy. They are not the same price.
