The frame size is 1920 by 960, as confirmed in the width and height properties on an MP4 file I've downloaded from the camera's memory card. However, during playback it doesn't seem very impressive. I think this is because the 1920 by 960 is split in half, one for the forward 360 degree view and one for the rear 360 degree view. Therefore, if you are playing back video and looking forward only, and no panning side to side, the resolution seems lower than what you would see in a 2D camera view at 1920 by 960. Not an expert, just my observation.
