• I remove the SD card and use a use sd card adaptor and plug in the usb port. also I go to computer and select drive X and open it that way, like when you use a flash drive .

• The small SD chip can be downloaded onto a computer by using an SD adapter. It really is not complicated at all. Go to the file explorer and transfer photos into a newly created folder.
